EXPERIENCE
I've been a REALTOR since 1996 after retiring from IBM where I was an ISSC Training Manager and AS/400 Trade Show Manager. I'm a Phoenix Award Life Member, Million Dollar Club Life Member and am the Real Estate editor of Atlanta GolfLife magazine, and a frequent guest Realtor on PGA Tour radio. Having been relocated myself and authorized by over 200 U.S. and multi-national corporations, I can help you though the CORPORATE TRANSFER MAZE...I've been there - done that!

EDUCATION
I have attended numerous real estate classes, Prince Georges College, University of Maryland, The George Washington University (Business Management), was an instructor at the U.S. Army Engineering School and a Senior Advisory Instructor/Course Developer and Training Manager at IBM.

SPECIALIZATION
YOU are my specialty! I have vast experience with first time buyers as well as downsizers/empty nesters. I also have considerable experience with golf club communities in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. 

Other than Residential, I specialize in Land Listing and Sales as well as Commercial Real Estate.

  • Married to Karen since 1967, daughter Michelle and son Michael.
